"Wow.  This will be extremely tough to express my experience through words.  Here it goes.  Personally met with Jamie.  He handled the ordering. Being patient through the process was needed due to the demand and supply issue toward the end of 2021.  Jamie kept in very good standings with communications.  I bothered him so he never had to call and update me lol.  That man was very busy. Considering they are a world wide business. When the door arrived and I thought I and two other friends were going to be able to get this installed most people would think it was nuts.  I had to go down a flight of steps... with around a 800lbs door.  A few glasses of Whiskey later and we think one hernia we had the door snug and installed.  Now, knowing everything was ordered over the phone and it's not your normal process where they come out and measure they have to go off of what you or a professional provide them.  And me, being a professional, gave them measurements which they got 100% perfect.  Sometimes there are slight measurements that sway but they actually take consideration for those. Jamie stayed with me through the whole process from start to finish.  Great quality product!  This was a large investment that I am still happy three months after.  And the best part...
